A room has become available in my 2 bed 1 bath house on the historic Venice canals.
You would be sharing with myself, and my mostly outdoor cat Morty. I am 42, from England, and lived on the canals for the past 8years. I mainly work from home, love having wine in the yard, with friends, BBQs and watching movies in the evening.

I am ideally looking for a female (but open to exploring options), who would enjoy sharing the space in a similar way, who is respectful, works out of the house a couple days a week, and of course who is SUPER clean and tidy!! This is a deal breaker for me.

$2575 is for 1 bedroom in a fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house (less than half the rent)
