Available starting late March/early April until end of October or November, but dates are somewhat flexible!

Looking to add someone to the lease, either for a short term rental (~6 months) while I'm on project, or for a longer term situation, with the caveat that you and I would trade off dates.

I'm bicoastal and travel often for work, so am looking for someone to take over the apartment while I'm out of town, or for someone in a similar situation to work out a co-renting situation where we coordinate and switch off dates. I can only accept single occupants, NO COUPLES. Pets can be considered on a case-by-case basis, and would need to be approved by the landlord.

Dates: Available starting mid-March until end of October or beginning of November, but dates are flexible!

The apartment:
-Fully furnished (including kitchen), with access to iMac, printer, musical instruments, and photo/lighting equipment
-Water & electricity included, internet is ~$60/mo
-Lots of windows and natural light
-Walk-in closet
-Friendly neighbors!
-Located on the speedway near Dudley Market, less than a two minute walk to the beach
-Walkable neighborhood with lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars
