Gorgeous Large Tranquil Bedroom in Venice House

Two stunningly furnished, queen bedrooms available, located in a 3-bed detached bungalow on a quiet residential street in Venice. The bedrooms don't share walls so there's complete privacy in each and the bathroom is located between them. The house is a short bike ride to the beach and the area is very peaceful. The rooms available have their own closets, there is a shared bathroom which has a tub and a shower for these 2 rooms. The house also has a large front and back yard perfect for summer days. The rooms on offer are furnished with queen beds, desks, lamps and bedding can even be provided if needs be. If you'd prefer unfurnished this is also possible. The living room I rarely use as spend most my time in the back of the house which is sectioned off from the main house so you'll have ample amount of space.

The house has a living room and kitchen, washer and dryer. There is also a patio attached to the kitchen, perfect for morning coffees. There's ample street parking located outside the house, never difficult to find a spot and doesn't require a permit. You'll be sharing the space with myself, a female in my 40s. Pets are welcome with approval and a small security deposit.

Bills: Wifi is $35. Cleaner is every 2 weeks. Water, gas, electric is split between tenants and every 6 weeks.

Looking for someone who works at least partly remote and enjoys a peaceful home, clean and tidy. I ocean swim most mornings so I'm not so much of a night owl. I have one friendly cat (who has his own home in the vintage trailer located in the back yard so doesn't come inside the house, but he's always happy to have visitors in his trailer :-)
