Looking for a quiet, respectful long-term roommate

I’m a licensed architect in my 30s working in Hermosa Beach mostly Monday - Friday and I’m looking for a like-minded roommate who values a calm, peaceful home environment.

About me: outdoorsy, easygoing, clean, and quiet. I love cooking, photography, art, travel, the gym, and thoughtful design. I’m driven in my career and really appreciate coming home to a relaxed, low-noise space after work.

I’m hoping to find a roommate who also enjoys quiet living and respects personal space. If you’re comfortable using headphones when we’re both home and keeping volumes low after 9pm, we’ll likely be a great fit.

About the unit & location:
• Very quiet unit, located closer to the alley
• Beautiful central courtyard with lots of plants (you’re welcome to garden here)
• Rooftop BBQ and seating area (open to residents; reservable for events)
• 10-minute walk to Abbot Kinney & Erewhon
• 20-minute run to the beach
• 7-minute drive to Gold’s Gym
• Cute, artsy, and walkable neighborhood

The common areas are already furnished with a sofa and dining table for shared use. Photos show the bedroom before move-in and the shared/public areas both before and as they are now. I will post more photos this weekend when I get a chance. I’m also planning to sell my mattress and bed frame if you’re interested.
