The apartment is about 1,600 sq ft with vaulted ceilings, a balcony, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, central heat and A/C, a fireplace, and garage parking.

The available bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and long desk, and includes a Private Ensuite Bathroom and a Walk-In Closet and gets great natural light. The room can also be rented unfurnished if preferred. Open to a short-term or longer-term roomie.

Shared areas of the apartment are fully furnished and include a living room with a fireplace, a balcony, and a large kitchen with breakfast bar and a large dining room table. The unit has in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, central air conditioning and heat, and garage parking.

Rent is $2,450/month, including all utilities (electricity, water, high-speed internet, gas, etc.). Deposit is $2,000. Month-to-month lease. Credit check and $39 application fee required.

You'll share the space with one professional female who works from home in marketing and occasionally produces local community events. No pets allowed per building rules, except ESA (I have an ESA-certified dog - Aspen, sweet girl - 40lb clean, soft, medium breed).
