Looking for someone to rent short-term from mid-August thru October (with the potential to stay longer if it's the right fit)!

I'm bicoastal and travel often, so am looking for someone to take over the apartment for a few months while I'm out of town for work. I can only accept single occupants, NO COUPLES. NO PETS.

Available from August 19th to October 31st

Monthly rent: $2500 plus utilities (Deposit: $2500)

The apartment:
-Fully furnished (including kitchen), with access to iMac, printer, musical instruments, and photo/lighting equipment
-Water & electricity included, internet is ~$60/mo
-Lots of windows and natural light
-Large walk-in closet
-Friendly neighbors!
-Located on the speedway near Dudley Market, less than a two minute walk to the beach
-Walkable neighborhood with lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars
-Very close to Abbott Kinney!
