Short term rental 1BD apartment on the beach!!

Looking for someone to rent short-term from now thru December!

I'm bicoastal and travel often, so am looking for someone to take over the apartment for a few months while I'm out of town for work. I can only accept single occupants, NO COUPLES. NO PETS. Happy to work out a sublet arrangement of month-to-month, etc, but you would need to officially join the lease as a formality (w/ a $35 app fee).

Available from now until end of December, and then again March-June.

Monthly rent: $2350 plus utilities (Deposit: $2350)

The apartment:
-Fully furnished (including kitchen), with access to iMac, printer, musical instruments, and photo/lighting equipment
-Water & electricity included, internet is ~$60/mo
-Lots of windows and natural light
-Walk-in closet
-Friendly neighbors!
-Located on the speedway near Dudley Market, less than a two minute walk to the beach
-Walkable neighborhood with lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars

ALTERNATIVELY, the space can be rented for daily/monthly office or creative use! Please let me know if that's something you'd be interested in, and we can potentially work out an arrangement.
