Looking for a clean and respectful person (or a couple) to sublet my sweet furnished two bedroom Venice apartment while I'm out of the country for grad school (one bedroom is set up as an office!). Right now looking for a Jan - March subletter, but could extend for longer if it's the right fit !

$3,500/month (including all utilities)

Pets considered with added pet fee which would cover monthly cleanings.

-less than a mile from the beach !
-Bikeable / walkable area (you can use my bike!)
