Looking for a respectful, quiet, super clean, easy-going roommate to share our cozy 3 bed / 1 bath home in one of Venice’s best locations, along Abbot Kinney, walking distance to the beach, canals, and boardwalk.

Single-story, fully furnished with hardwood floors and a freshly repainted interior
Spacious living room with a big, comfy couch and Samsung TV
Dining nook with new custom-built bench seating
Onsite laundry with a new washing machine

We're two professional guys (41 & 51) that like to stay active, and enjoy a clean, quiet home. We’re considerate and respectful, clean, mellow, and easy to live with. Down to be social, but also value personal space and downtime.

Someone who shares similar values, clean, kind, quiet, and considerate. Bonus points if you're into the beach, staying active, or just want a peaceful place to come home to.
