Room available in great Venice location!

Hi,
I'm looking for roommates to rent out two bedrooms in a sunny Venice apartment.
Located near the Penmar golf course (quiet neighborhood), 9 minute bike ride to the beach, 20 minute walk to Abbot Kinney. Walking distance to grocery stores, cafes, shops, mechanic, and bars.

One room has two windows (gets morning and late afternoon light/great cross wind), wood floors, and a large walk-in closet with shelving. Light blocking shades that easily pull down are installed in the windows. The other room gets morning light, has a closet with built-in shelving.
Both rooms are positioned in the back of the unit and far from the front street (quiet).
The bathroom has two storage cabinets, shower and tub, plus a linen closet. Bath is shared by the two vacant rooms (so 2 people total using it).

Quiet neighborhood and awesome location. The unit is on the back end of the plot and on the top (second) floor of a triplex so it’s away from street noise. No neighbors above or on either side of our walls. Lots of light and fresh breeze.

Private patio. Laundry room below the unit. Storage shed for a bicycle. Large kitchen. Living room and kitchen are furnished. Easy street parking. Wood floors throughout unit.

Both rooms will be available starting June 1st

Month-to-month lease (open to short or long-term)
$1635 or $1690/month (includes WiFi, water, and gardener)
~ $25/month (gas & power)
$2000 security deposit

About me: I’m 35, female, work remotely (sometimes out, sometimes home). I enjoy cooking, baking, and spend a lot of time at the beach. I work in education and love to scuba dive.
