VENICE off world famous Abbot Kinney Blvd and Venice blvd. the major cross streets and of course 5 to 10 min walk to the Beach depending on fit level (muscle beach, flea market style shops, food, and the famous skate park on the beach) newly construction :-) Basically 3 min walk to Erewhon fresh food market and Alfred coffee which is what I do every morning. Can not beat the Westside as being the best spot for living in LA. and bars, very central and safe. 2 people max, no pets. all yours. no shared
