We’re looking for a roommate to share our 3 bedroom apartment in Venice starting in June. We are 2 females that work and enjoy outdoor activities.

Month-to-month lease
Quiet neighborhood, ample street parking
Private large patio
Large laundry room with washer, dryer, and clothes hanging rack
Large kitchen with wood countertops
Main living space has lots of window, bright light and many plants
Hard wood floors
Storage closet for bikes

The bedroom easily fits a queen sized bed and large dresser
Large walk-in closet with plenty of shelving.
Has a recently renovated bathroom that’s shared with one roommate
Bathroom has 2 cabinets inside and a linen closet just outside the bathroom for storage

A couple minutes walk to the Venice-Lincoln intersection
9 minute bike ride to the beach
Whole Foods and Ralph’s are 5 minutes away
Walking distance to many restaurants, mechanics, pharmacy, bike repair shop, carwash.... you get the idea.

It’s important to us to respect each other and the integrity of the space. Looking for someone with a stable income, clean and considerate, who values healthy honest communication.

Security deposit of $1900
Utilities are ~$40 per person per month (water, gas, power, sewage)
WiFi is free
Landlord pays gardener

Non-smoking of any kind per the lease
No pets

Natalia works with aquarium fish, likes to cook/bake, do yoga, and go to the beach.
Christina is a nurse turned computer programmer. She enjoys Pilates and yoga.
