Seeking likeminded roommate!

Upstairs private rooftop deck

Hello! I'm a 39yr old chick with an awesome foster kitty named Sugar Bear. I’m a vegetarian, I work from home, and I’m a friendly homebody in general.

Most important qualities I’m looking for in a roommate are: CLEANLINESS, cat lover, considerate and communicative.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE GOOD CREDIT AND PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT

You will have to fill out an application (with banking and employment info) and pay for a credit check ($25). The building is STRICT about potential tenants having good credit and steady income.

The lease is MONTH to MONTH (6 month minimum stay)

I require a $1000 security deposit

There are 2 reserved parking spots underground and there is always street parking

There are 5 washers and dryers and a small gym off of the lobby

The master bedroom is 12’ x 10’ with a walk in closet (4.5’ x 5’5) ← This is the room for rent

There is heating in the room, but no A/C

The bathroom is across from the master bedroom - it is shared, however I only use it to shower, not get ready in, and I’m always in and out quickly

I live in the loft above the living room. The door to the rooftop deck is in my room.

The rooftop deck has 2 lounge chairs - great for getting vitamin D!!
