Furnished room in Venice, $1,300 all-in — I'm renting mine out while I travel.

It's a 2BR at Venice & Lincoln, the bikeable everyday part of Venice (not the boardwalk crowd). Four minutes on a bike to Abbot Kinney, six to the beach, ten on foot to Whole Foods and Erewhon, and Companion café is across the intersection. Walk Score 82, Bike Score 84 — I barely use my car.

The room's fully furnished [queen bed, desk, dresser, closet], [quiet side of the building with nice morning light]. Shared kitchen, yard out back, [in-unit / building] laundry, free street parking.

You'd be living with two laid-back guys in their early 20s — one has the other bedroom, his friend is set up in the living room. Both clean, low-key, easy to be around. I'm traveling most of the time so the place is usually quiet — good fit if you work remote, travel yourself, or just want privacy without living alone.

Available from end of April, flexible on how long you'd stay. Looking for someone 18–40, working or studying, who keeps things tidy.
