It's in a great neighborhood 3 blocks south of Washington Blvd. and the Venice Pier.

We have the entire lower level with our own private patio, as shown in the photos.

You would be sharing with one other person, a male working professional. The apartment has new hardwood floors, new paint, and a new kitchen.

The room comes unfurnished and is big, (11' x 13'), has a large closet, and good natural light. (The photos of the bedroom and closet were taken before the new hardwood floors were installed.) The bathroom is all white and it has a full bathtub/shower with strong water pressure and a lot of storage space.

The apartment is spacious and bright. The common area is nicely furnished. Photos of the indoor common areas are not included for privacy reasons.

The rent includes parking in a private enclosed 2-car garage with a remote garage door opener, electric car charging and room for bicycles.

We have our own full-size washer and dryer inside the apartment.

The room is wired for cable internet (plus there is wi-fi), and we split the cost of utilities (electric, trash, gas, internet) and a monthly cleaning person.
