Charming 1 Bedroom Guest House

This side unit to the main property has it's own private entrance, a separate bath, kitchen with stove, fridge and microwave, and a lovely large bedroom.

The place is furnished with a queen size bed, desk, shelves, a closet, and basic amenities in the kitchen and bathroom to get you started.

ALL utilities are included in rent: high speed internet, water, central AC/heat as well as a portable AC unit for extra hot days, electricity, trash.

The neighborhood is very safe with kind and active neighbors. You can park your car on the street daily overnight safely. The side entrance to the room has a key code lock and flood lights for visibility at night.

Please note:
- The backyard and patio is not for general use unless discussed with us first.
- This room is for ONE tenant only. We require a heads up for any overnight guests as we are a family and this is our home's side unit. If the tenant desires an additional person to move in at a later date, this must be discussed in advance and is subject to approval.
- We are a family with kids and will be active in our backyard. You will have privacy but we will let you know in advance of any large gatherings we may have.
- We can make arrangements for the use of our laundry and dryer for an additional fee.
- We can arrange for cleaning services to come to clean for $100 per session
- Payment is due at the beginning of the month via check, Venmo, Zelle, or cash
- We are a couple who work from home and are very responsive and available for any issues that come up, but we will pretty much leave you alone to be!

We are looking for students or professionals who are kind, communicative, prompt with rent, and responsible with the space.
