Private Room for $1000

We are looking for a fourth person to replace our roommate who's moving out. Private room (with window A/C), mostly private bathroom and easy street parking. It's in Van Nuys, right next to Sherman Oaks. We've lived here for 5 years and love the apartment and building! It's shared with only four units, two of them are easy going families. The roommates are a married couple (female/male), and another female roommate, all 26/27, hard working and chill people. It's a two story, four bedroom apartment, each of us have a room, and we split rent and utilities evenly four ways. Water & trash are included in rent but gas & electric & WiFi are not. There is a security deposit and we share laundry with the other units. No dogs or cats. Shared kitchen, living room, & patio, and it’s a super chill environment!
