We have a large private room that will be available soon in a quiet, clean home. The room comes with its own private bathroom, a walk in closet, and garage parking.

The house is in a nice community and the location is really convenient. There is a large Target very close by along with other shopping and everyday essentials, so errands are easy.

Utilities are split four ways and usually come out to around $100 a month. We also have solar, which helps keep electricity lower. Every few months we also split gardening costs, which is usually about $30 each, so it ends up being a small extra amount per person when it comes up. We also have our own in-unit washer/dryer/appliances.

The house is very calm and peaceful. Everyone here is professional, respectful, and low key. Most of the time we are just in our rooms playing video games, working, or doing our own thing unless someone is downstairs cooking. It is a very easygoing household and everyone respects each other’s space. No parties, no loud gatherings, and no drama.

There is one small to medium non shedding dog in the house, so you definitely need to be a dog lover. No additional pets and no smoking.

We are looking for one person only, not a couple, who is clean, responsible, and easy to live with.
