Two Small Bedrooms in Van Nuys with Students

Two small rooms with a closet located on the second floor of the apartment, straight across from the shared full bathroom of two people currently. The kitchen, living room, and guest bathroom are downstairs, while all bedrooms are upstairs. The apartment is on the third floor of a small complex, so very few neighbors. There’s also roof access with a patio.

Smaller Room: 11'x10'
Medium Room: 11'x11'

Note: Parking can be difficult, as only street parking is available. Shared utilities range monthly from $30-$150 due to some bills being bimonthly. Pictures are from when we moved in two years ago. Will provide photos of us moved in soon.

Roommates currently are one female, and one female and male couple. We’re all in our mid-20’s, either students or just beginning our careers. We’ve lived together for years, so no drama. We’re LGBTQ+ friendly and nerdy people. We also have an older cat - so beware if you’re allergic! One of our roommates is moving out, so we’re looking for a replacement.
