We are Two Guys looking for a new roommate to share our awesome Townhouse in Van Nuys near the intersection of Sherman Way and Kester. The available room is a spacious bedroom ( even big enough for a Couple, or Two close friends) with a large closet and plenty of natural light. You'd also have your own private en-suite bathroom. It does not come furnished. (Attached photos are for reference only)

The rest of the place is a fully furnished three-bedroom (total), 2.5- bath townhouse with an open-concept living room and kitchen, and a private entrance.

Wayne:

38, He/Him, Cisgender, Gay, Socialist, Pagan, Chef/Restaurant Manager who works full time with a rotating schedule. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, cooking, playing video games, or just relaxing with a good book, and spending time with my Boyfriend. I'm a laid back and respectful person who values a peaceful home environment.

Tyrell:

28, He/Him, Cisgender, Straight, apolitical/liberal, Line Cook who works full time with a rotating schedule. An easy-going, protein shake fueled introvert that plays games and occasionally draws stuff.

We both occasionally have friends over for dinner and such, but we are always respectful of others schedules.

We are looking for a roommate who is also a neat, responsible, and financially stable person. It would be great to live with someone who is easy-going and friendly, politically liberal/leftist, and spiritual/non-traditional, but we also respect people's space and privacy.

420/Alcohol friendly. (Although no smoking in the APT per the lease agreement)

The rent is $1,130 a month, plus ⅓ of the utilities (which usually run around $130-150 a month).

The room is available starting on October 1st.
