My wife and I are looking for a new roommate to join our home! We’re both professionals at Warner Bros., and we currently have one other WB professional living with us. We’re a friendly, social household and genuinely enjoy getting to know our roommates—we tend to think of them as part of our social circle rather than simply someone who rents a room.

The available room is mostly unfurnished. The house itself is fully equipped, so you’ll have everything you need to settle in comfortably.

* Roommate shares a bathroom with our other roommate; my wife and I have our own

We have three dogs! They’re an important part of our household and will be around the common areas, so we’re looking for someone who is genuinely comfortable living with dogs. However, this means we are at max pet capacity, with a few (small/caged) exceptions.

We occasionally have friends over, enjoy being social, and like having a home where roommates can hang out together if they want to—but there’s absolutely no expectation that you have to be part of every gathering.

We’re looking for someone responsible, respectful, clean, and easygoing, ideally another working professional who is looking for more than just a place to sleep and would enjoy being part of a friendly household.
