Peaceful House in Van Nuys

Hi everyone!
Looking for a new roommate by July 1st. It's a private room in a house. It's located in Van Nuys. It will be unfurnished. Looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and gets along with a dog.

We do not party
It's a very peaceful environment
None Smoking House

1 bedroom (unfurnished) + shared bathroom= $1,200. The entire house is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home) Deposit is first month’s rent.

There is plenty of street parking right outside the house and guest parking as well that is available for tenants.
This house runs on solar so we have a very small electric bill. Internet, Gas, and water is split 4 ways by all roommates. (Usually no more than $100 total per person per month). Once in a while there are landscaping expenses for yard maintenance but it isn't much.

1 year lease (Preferred)
First month's rent is the deposit. (You will get it all back when/if you move out without causing any damages)
Must be okay living with a cute hypoallergenic dog. 🙂 He does not shed and is super friendly.

We have our own washer and dryer in the house. We have our own little fenced in private yard as well!
