Room is cleaned prior to each stay with Premium non-toxic cleaners, HEPA vacuuming room and bed, Sensitive and/or Scent Free detergents, All bedding and pillows washed, fogging + UV sanitation.

Guest access:
Entrance thru front door of house.
Walk to hallway located on right side. Immediately to your left is your room.

Your bathroom is located in the hallway which is private, will not be shared with anyone during your stay.

Other things to note:
Stay has been curated to offer an alternative to those with chemical, scent sensitivities.

I only use natural, unscented and/or sensitive formula cleaners and detergents. Have curated everything with details I wish I had access to when traveling.

There is a one time $150 cleaning fee which covers extensive floor to ceiling cleaning of everything in room prior to stay. For longer stays and those needing cleaning in between it is $100 per cleaning and can be arranged every 1-4 weeks.

Longer term is $1700-2800+ monthly depending what you are needing.
Lower end if you are needing something longer term, work remotely, maybe travel often, need a place mainly to rest. Higher end if you are needing everything I offer to short terms &/or more, access to wellness room, culinary services, cleaning, air and water filters changed, alkaline drinking water, a caretaker, etc.

Available short term $115 night for stays between 4-8 nights. I have to charge more as a short term as it involves more work to turnaround, deep floor to ceiling clean due to my sensitivities as well as those who I might be hosting, periods were I make have no one, as well as it takes time to interview and coordinate prospective renters to fill in the gaps. It would be great if I found one great person instead needing a place for a few months but am open to both.
