Room for rent

We are a Lake Balboa couple looking for a quiet, clean, respectful, drama-free, responsible, and decent human beings, who love and adore cats (we have 2!). If you are looking for a simple room in a simple home, we have one available now (shared bathroom with other tenants)! Utilities not included (electricity, water, sanitation, WiFi). Street parking is available for 1 car per renter. The monthly rent is $1300/month; deposit $1300 first month + $1300 (security deposit) = $2600

Credit and background checks (no evictions or criminal record) will be conducted, as we want to make sure we all have a place to stay and have a peaceful environment. This lease is on a month-to-month basis. There is a non-refundable application fee of $50. If this sounds like you, let’s meet up! We look forward to meeting you!

I am busy a professional, and my husband stays at home. We mind our own business, and will certainly stay out of yours so long as you do your part (i. e., pay rent on time, check attitude at the door, do not cause problems, and are responsible adults, etc.). As much as we love animals, please no pets so as to avoid pet parent conflicts. Please…no drugs, marijuana, or partying. Serious inquiries only.
