Looking for a tenant who is clean, respectful, and considerate of others to rent a private bedroom with private bathroom and two closets, including one walk-in closet. The room also comes with a single garage parking space as well as access to in-building laundry and shared kitchen/dining/living room areas. The house is dog-friendly if the dog is approved in advance.

MASTER BEDROOM
- $1,300/month + $1,300 security deposit
- Available for 8/1 move-in

Renters will be splitting utilities and wifi evenly with the other tenants, currently living in Bedroom #2 and Bedroom #3 on the floorplan. Other amenities in the house include a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, air fryer, Instantpot and dishwasher. There is Central A/C and Heating throughout the house. Shared garage parking with other tenant is included in the lease. Dogs are allowed if approved in advance with an additional $50/month in pet rent and an additional $200 added to the security deposit. Splitting the room with a partner is allowed, though it is an additional $50/person on the monthly rent.

The neighborhood surrounding the house is very quiet and family friendly. There is a small park and playground in the neighborhood and plenty of friendly neighbors.

The house is available for an in-person guided tour by appointment only.

Minimum 6-month lease to start with the possibility of extension if its the right fit for all involved.
