Renting Quieky Master Bedroom!

Hi! I’m Jorgie 👋🏼

I’m currently replacing my last roomate, looking for someone to fill in as my new roomate for a temporary period of time.
Could be a few months, all the way to a year, depends on chemistry and mutual goals!
The apartment is quirky in color and decor - think Phoebe from Friends! Haha
The room has a private bathroom/shower.
Comes with a (undressed) queen size bed. You’d need to bring your own lamp and anything else you’d like to have in the room. The room also has a large closet.

The rest of the apartment is furnished, but I’m open to talking about moving things around if you have anything important you need to bring.

It’s street parking. You should be able to find easier parking across the street.
The building has washers and driers downstairs. It’s a two story building!
There’s two pools.

The apartment is carpeted so we keep the shoes at the entrance.

I love the environment to stay neat and organized, so I enjoy cleaning and up keeping. I’d expect the same :)
I pay all bills on time, no exceptions!

Your part of the rent is: $1050
Internet is: $110 (split in half) monthly
Gas is: (average) $30-60 (split in half) monthly.
Electricity is: (average) $85-120 (split in half) every two months.
Water: Included!

I’m not a huge fan of parties or large crowds in the apartment! As I use it mainly to relax after work. But all can be talked about! I’m an active communicator and I love clear and open conversations :)

I’m also queer! You must be comfortable with this ✋🏼🙂‍↕️🤚🏼
