Private Room/Shared Bathroom

We have two open rooms in our 4-bedroom townhouse in Valley Village, one with a shared bathroom and the other one with a private bathroom. The private room with shared bathroom is located on the second floor, and the other private room with a private bathroom is on the first floor. Both will come unfurnished. We are looking for a single person to fill the rooms, month to month but want to find someone who wants to stay long term.

We have a washer and dryer in-unit (huge plus in LA, amirite?), central heat & air (another bonus, oh yeah!), the complex is gated with a community pool AND jacuzzi (mostly families, safe & quiet). Great location - minutes from the 101 and 170, close to Sherman Oaks, North Hollywood, Studio City- restaurants, pharmacies, markets, and liquor stores within walking distance and street parking.

The owner is looking for proof of income, good credit, and
financial stability (really important) and will require a background check.

There are 2 of us currently (everyone has their own room) and we are in our mid-20s to early 30s. We are friendly, laid-back, considerate, and responsible. A couple of us work from home so we ask that our new roommate respects our quiet work environment. Because of this, we prefer someone who works outside the home.(a typical 9-5 job would work best). If you have a hybrid schedule we can still chat.

Your room is your business, but the common areas are kept tidy, which is especially a priority in the kitchen. We are also looking to keep the living situation to 4 people only. Sorry, no couples or live-in partners. We are open to cats only, unfortunately no other petsat this time (will include a pet deposit).
