Basically a cheap, safe roof over your head to help with the LA grind. 😊 I'm the Apt. Manager of the apt building and I rent out 2 of my bedrooms in my apt. here in Valley Village. I have a room coming available for rent because my current roommate has to move back home to help with his ill mother. It's an old apt. in an old building, nothing fancy, but you have parking. It's $1200 and that includes your utilities, also. You would have your own bathroom in the room.

I also have another roommate that rents the other room and he and I share the hallway bathroom. We basically treat it like our rooms are our own apts. The living room is a walk through area where I have building storage for my job. We respect your privacy and what not too! 😊
