Hi everyone, I am still looking for someone to take over my room in a 4 bedroom townhouse in North Hollywood (Valley Village area)!! It’s on the first floor, comes unfurnished and has its own private bathroom. Hoping to find one person who's looking for a relaxed, respectful home and ideally wants to stay long-term (month-to-month lease).

📍 Great location! Minutes from the 101 & 170, close to Sherman Oaks, Studio City, and North Hollywood. Restaurants, grocery stores, Rite Aid and other essentials are within walking distance.

Rent & Move-In
Rent: $967.20/month - Prorated for August move in
Utilities: Split evenly (SoCal Gas, DWP, and internet)
Security Deposit: $950

Our landlord requires proof of income, good credit, financial stability and a background check.

About the Roommates
You’d be living with three women in their mid-20s to early 30s, each with their own room. Everyone is friendly, respectful and pretty laid-back. One is an actor (who regularly films tapes in the living room), one is a therapist and one works for Enterprise. Everyone has very different schedules, so while they’re always happy to chat, everyone also enjoys their own space. It's a calm, chill home.

Ideally looking for someone who works outside the home full time, though a hybrid schedule is totally worth chatting about.

We do appreciate keeping the shared spaces, especially the kitchen, clean and comfortable for everyone.
