You’ll have your own room, own bathroom, there is ample street parking (street cleaning on Wednesday @12pm), heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and work out room.

Looking for someone who responsible and has steady income, neat, and respectful. No smoking indoors, willing to split water, electric, and gas bill (this can be negotiated), and won’t make a lot of noise at unreasonable hours of the night.

I keep a kosher kitchen and that’s non negotiable. If you are vegan or keep full kosher then we can share the kitchen otherwise I will not be willing to share any pots, pans, or kitchen utensils.
