Hi!

I am looking for someone to fill my lease and live with my roommate starting late July!

She is 25 and has a cat (who is a great boy). Our place is a 3bed 2bath. The 3rd bedroom is used as an office / cat play area. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit (for more privacy). You will have your own full bathroom! The place is mostly furnished but open to changing things :)

The room I am moving out of also can be fully furnished (or I can throw away or sell whatever you don’t like). I am moving in with my partner and we want our new place to have a style we both enjoy, hence why I would either leave my furniture or can throw it out before you move in!

We have onsite (not in unit) washer a dryer, utilities are mostly included (just LADWP , trash, and WiFi is separate). The rent would be $1375!

She is very easy going and great to live with! Loves to work out, DIY hobbies, and also read lots of books!
