Private Room AND Bathroom

We have one open room in our 4-bedroom townhouse in Valley Village, with a PRIVATE bathroom. It's on the first floor and will come unfurnished. (I do have to get rid of my desk and dresser so happy to leave them if you want!)

We are looking for a single person to fill the room, who can commit to signing a 1-year lease that goes through June 2027 (with the option for renewal).

Here are the basics:

-Washer and dryer in unit

-Central heat and air

-Complex is gated with a community pool AND jacuzzi

-Great location - minutes from the 101 and 170, close to Sherman Oaks, North Hollywood, Studio City- restaurants, Rite Aid, markets, and liquor stores within walking distance.

-Street parking

The room is $941.25/month plus utilities. We split SoCal gas, DWP, and internet equally among housemates. Move-in costs are first month's rent plus a deposit of $837 for a total of $1778.25.

About us:

There are 3 of us (everyone has their own room) and we are in our mid-20s to early 30s. We are friendly, laid-back, considerate, and responsible.

Your room is your business, but the common areas are kept tidy, which is especially a priority in the kitchen. If you don't particularly care if dishes get left out for a week, this is probably not the place for you - just being transparent.

A couple of us work from home so we ask that our new roommate respects our quiet work environment. Because of this, we’re only looking for someone who works completely outside the home.

We are also looking to keep the living situation to 4 people only. Sorry, no couples or live-in partner.

Unfortunately, we’re not looking to add any pets to the household at this time.
