Searching for a female roommate (in their 30s preferred) for the third bedroom (unfurnished) in our 3-bedroom apartment in Valley Village. We are two ladies in the creative industry; one works from home, the other works hybrid. The available room is ideal for newcomers to L. A. or somebody comfortable with a cozy room (12 ft x 10 ft). Rent is $811 a month (not including utilities as they vary).

Features: 1.5 bath. Dishwasher. Tandem parking that we swap on a monthly basis. Laundry room downstairs. Central air. Rent controlled.

Looking for someone with at least a 1-year commitment in mind.
Must be okay with dogs as we have 2 medium/small dogs (sadly no room for any more pets).
NO COUPLES please (we only have one shower).
NO SMOKING in the house.
Occasional gatherings are fine as long as they’re previously discussed.
Hoping for someone who either works outside the home or hybrid.
Likes cooler temperatures.
