Private Room in Relaxed Valley Village Apartment

We’re a friendly married couple renting out a private bedroom and bathroom in our spacious 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in Valley Village.

The apartment is quiet, bright and relaxed and we’re looking for someone who is easygoing, respectful and enjoys a calm home environment.

You’d be sharing with two professional guys who split time between LA and the mountains, so the place is often peaceful and not a party house.

The room has a queen fold-out memory foam mattress and good storage. The bathroom is yours.

We’re an LGBTQ household and very welcoming. Open minded, respectful people are the best fit for the space

We’re a fun-loving couple with a passion for music, laughter, and great company! I’m a platinum songwriter, vocalist, and music supervisor from Scotland, and my husband is from England. We love the gym, the dancefloor, and sharing good stories. We got married in Las Vegas by Elvis (yes, really!) and had the world’s oldest French Bulldog, Rocco, certified by the Kennel Club—he lived an incredible 18 years. When we’re not in LA, we spend time at our mountain home, @_arborhouse. We LOVE to host
