Hello, we are a couple looking for a roommate. Preferably someone with an established job/Grad Student. Someone that is looking to transition to LA or to a new apartment would be best.

1 room fully furnished (queen sized bed, two bureaus, and a closet). Private bathroom with a tub and a Jack and Jill style sink.

There is plenty of parking. Safe neighborhood right down the street from police station. Great access to the freeways.

Three pets in the house, one dog (elderly and very good with people) and two cats (very good with people). They are clean and taken care of.
