Looking for LA Roommate

Looking for a female roommate to move into my 2bed 2bath apartment in Valley Village (right in the middle of Studio City, Sherman Oaks, and North Hollywood)! I attached a few photos I took when I moved in, but it is mostly furnished now. I have been here for about 2 months and am looking for someone to move in on 2/1 or before. I am happy to FaceTime to show you the place or send more pictures if you’re interested!

* Building has a pool, jacuzzi, gym, bbq area, pool table, and more (also has controlled access and high-level security)

Pricing:
* $1,583 monthly rent
* We would split utilities

A little bit about me:

I am 27 and work as a full-time psychology teacher at a private school in Sherman Oaks. I also have a cute little frenchie who is very well-behaved. I am a healthy/organized person but also a fun/social person. I spend most of my free time working out or seeing friends!
