Hi, we have one 30 year old nonbinary gay person and a 36 year old straight male living in Valley Village. There is one dog and one cat here, very sweet and friendly (Okay, the cat is grumpy). Very close walking distance to Noho West, which has a movie theater, gym, restaurants, and a Trader Joes. Right next to the bus stop and about 30 minute walk to the Red Line. Plenty of street parking. There is a spacious back yard with a pool and have a great place to host bbq’s. We are looking for a chill 3rd person who is a good fit.
One of us is an artist and the other works in the culinary industry. We are friendly and just need a person to move in asap.
