Valley Village Master Bedroom available

2 bedroom, 2bath – Apartment. Hello! I am looking for a female to move into my sunny and bright Valley Village apartment on the 1st of January. You’ll have the unfurnished master bedroom with your own bathroom and balcony. You must be responsible and a non smoker, no drugs/parties. Utilities are not included. Utilities include WIFI and LADP. They run between $80 to $200 a month, depending on usage. Plenty of street parking, near lots of shopping, restaurants, and the freeway is 5 minutes away. No pets please. The building has a pool as well. You must pass a credit check. My schedule changes weekly, but I tend to work nights and weekends. I'm also a writer.
