Hey everyone! I’m looking for a roommate for my 2br/2b apartment in Valley Village! I’ve been in this apartment for a long time, and I love it very much. It is freshly painted with new floors as well!

$1300/month & $1300 deposit. FLAT RATE - INCLUDES ALL BILLS.

WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR:

- Someone who can commit to a six month minimum, but I am open to month-to-month after.

- Work from home is totally fine, as I am a freelancer and work hybrid myself.

- Likes dogs and is okay with mine. I am not fully opposed to another dog, but my dog is a rescue. I’m happy to discuss it. I also do not expect my dog to be taken care of at all.

- I would prefer a woman, non-binary, and/or gay roommate, but I’m open if we’re personality compatible.
