$781 Month 1-Bedroom Avail in 4 Bed/ 3 Ba

Hello!

We have one open room in our 4-bedroom townhouse in Valley Village, the rooms share a bathroom. It will be available starting June 9th. The room will come unfurnished, pictures attached are of current tenet's items so you can get a feel of the space.

We are looking for a single person (preferably female or GNC/enby) to fill the room, who can commit to signing a 1-year lease that goes through June 2026 (with the option for renewal).

Here are the basics:

-Washer and dryer in unit

-Central heat and air

-Complex is gated with a community pool

-Great location - minutes from the 101 and 170, close to Sherman Oaks, North Hollywood, Studio City- restaurants, Rite Aid, markets, and liquor stores within walking distance.

-Street parking

The room is $781/month plus utilities. We split SoCal gas, DWP, and internet equally among housemates. Move-in costs are first month's rent plus a deposit of $705 for a total of $1486.

About us:

There are 3 of us (everyone has their own room) and we are in our mid-20s to early 30s. We are friendly, laid-back, considerate, and responsible.

Your room is your business, but the common areas are kept tidy, which is especially a priority in the kitchen. If you don't particularly care if dishes get left out for a week, this is probably not the place for you - just being transparent. Some of us work from home so we ask that our new roommate respects our quiet work environment and preference is given to candidates who work outside of the home.

We are also looking to keep the living situation to 4 people only. Sorry, no couples or live-in partner.

Unfortunately, we’re not looking to add any pets to the household at this time.
