The property is an older building but gated and with very quiet and sweet neighbors. Most tenants in the building have lived here for YEARS as it’s the ideal spot to call home.

The room is a clean 1 bedroom semi furnished shared bathroom (stays clean). The unit comes with a bed and desk from previous renter but feel free to bring your own if that’s more comfortable for you. Room also gets a little hot in the summer as we are in the valley so a portable AC unit is suggested.

Two current roommates (40 and 33, both males) who most work or stick to their rooms when not chasing their career goals. Almost never have additional company over and never dominant the common areas. (We are very social and nice when you get to know us though lol).

It’s really the perfect spot to call home permanently or use to save money while chasing the dream.
