All new stainless steel appliances. Shared balcony off of the living room and a wraparound balcony off of the back two bedrooms. The building has an elevator to make moving in super easy! Tenants pay for gas, electric, and internet. Per person, this comes out to $70-100/mo. This is for a 12-month lease.
