I am looking for a clean and quiet male housemate in their 20s or 30s.

Location: Valley Glen / Van Nuys Room: Private bedroom and private bathroom on the 1st floor of a townhouse.

Details: Included: Access to basic appliances (Washer/Dryer, Refrigerator, Microwave) and High-speed Internet. Not Included: Shared utilities (Electricity, Water, Gas – approx. $100/month), Furniture, and dedicated Parking (Guest and street parking available). Nearby Amenities: Close to the CA-170 freeway and NOHO West Mall (Convenient for commuting and daily life).

Move-in & Resident Requirements: Available: Early April. Deposit: $1,200. Preferred Candidate: Male students or professionals in their 20s–30s. House Rules: Non-smoker, no pets, minimal cooking preferred, no guests or overnight stays allowed.
