My roommate and I are seeking a third roommate for our apartment in a quiet Valley Village neighborhood near the NoHo/Studio City area. The rent is $1,100.00 per month, and the apartment is very spacious. Desire a mature roommate, clean, considerate, and employed. We are working professionals and work from home and on location, depending on our schedule. We share weekly cleaning duties. The lease is for a period of up to one year and can be extended if mutually agreed upon.

The common areas fully furnished with a TV and other household appliances. The room has furniture as well, but it can be removed if you wish to bring your own.

Please, no pets, no smokers (including weed), or couples.

The utilities are included except for electricity. The deposit is $1000.00, and $40 application fee for background and credit checks. Please have a credit score of at least 650.
