Hello! A room is available for rent in a modern 4-bedroom/3.5 bathroom house in Valley Glen (near studio city, valley village, north hollywood, van nuys). Comes furnished with full size bed and bedframe. In unit washer and dryer, shared garage space, unlimited street parking, private rooftop deck with great views, outdoor balcony, front yard area, spacious kitchen for cooking. Utilities are included in price, including high speed 1GB fiber internet. This room shares a bathroom with one another female roommate. There is an additional 1/2 bathroom on the second floor that is always open for anyone to use as well.

The home is near lots of great food spots, grocery stores, park, and a lot of amenities.

The housemates that live here are all very respectful and clean, working professionals. Currently there are 2 women and 2 males between the ages 22-35. One woman is moving out. We like to keep a tidy and peaceful house.
