Room (Yours)

- Male Roommate strongly preferred and no pets allowed since we already have 3 dogs.

- Newer built home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The neighborhood is safe with nice tree lined streets and there is parking on the street right in front of the house.

- Only 10 miles to Hollywood, 16 to Downtown LA and 19 miles to Santa Monica Beach.

- The room comes with a queen bed and nightstand if you need them (The bed must stay in the room but everything else is up to you). Also the closet can be customized to provide more or less hanging storage or shelving.
You will share a bathroom with one other roommate (straight guy) and there is a laundry room that we all share inside the house as well.

- You gotta be a dog lover if you live here since we have 3 dogs that live inside.
It would be nice to have a roommate that could dog sit occasionally too.

- An ideal roommate is one that has a full time job outside of the home (sorry no work from home roommates) and is easy going and friendly. We are looking for a male roommate that is clean, mature and responsible. Rent price includes all utilities and Wifi.
