📋 Application Process

To help ensure a great fit for everyone:

• Verified profiles only. Applicants must complete the platform's identity verification before being considered for a tour.
• Qualified applicants will be asked to complete a brief roommate questionnaire via phone call and/or FaceTime before scheduling a viewing.
• After a phone conversation and tour, the selected applicant will complete the apartment's $51 credit/background screening and, once approved, will be added directly to the lease before move-in.
