I am looking for one roommate for my 1412 square foot detached townhome. A total of 2 people will reside in the home.

Location is close to the 5 freeway, amusement parks, shopping malls, and fitness gyms. There is a resort-quality community center/pool and jacuzzi that's show-stopping! There is also a weekly Farmer's Market with great produce and food.

Utilities are paid separately and split between all housemates (electric, gas, water, Culligan water softener, trash, internet, housekeeper)

****All bedrooms, private bathroom, and laundry room are upstairs. 1 shared half bathroom downstairs.

Room comes furnished with a queen bed and mattress, night stand, desk, and closets with mirror doors. (I can also remove furniture)

First payment due will be the first month's rent ($1,375) and security deposit ($1,375)

Rent for the open parking space is $25 monthly

Open to a 6 month or 12 month lease.
