It’s a little off the beaten path, but people enjoy the quietness. We’re a laid-back household — no long list of rules, just mutual respect and common courtesy. If you’re considerate of the people around you, the spaces you use (cleanliness), it will be a good fit. The room includes: • Your own dedicated AC unit • A reserved parking space • Access to the kitchen, laundry, and all shared living spaces — come and go as you please The bathroom is shared with two other male tenants. The household currently has three guys who have all been here a while and plan to stay — we’re hoping to find someone who wants to settle in too. (Ages range from 33-45, all male.) We have a lot of fur babies already, so we are not able to accept most pets. Minimum 6-month commitment preferred. Move-in ready now. Deposit $700 + first month $700 = $1,400 due at move-in Utilities are $70–$140/month (higher in summer) and cover everything: gas, water, electric, internet, trash, and household toiletries.
