Hey everyone! I’m graduating from USC in May and was looking to sublease my apartment at the Hub Figueroa (2722 S Figueroa St, new hub). My apartment is for 6 people, but there should only be one other person living there during the summer, so you’ll have a 6p apartment almost all to yourself! Only a 10 minute walk away from campus and in the DPS zone, the apartment complex was built in 2023 and is very modern. It is fully furnished with a TV, and there is a huge common space with full wall windows.
Rent is $1.5k, and the apartment features a gym, yoga room, sauna, fitness classes and spa nights, 24/7 security in the lobby, study rooms, air conditioning/heater, free maintenance, wifi, and a rooftop with a pool, hot tub, bbq’s, and lounge space.
