Hi! I’m moving abroad and looking for someone great to take over my fully furnished master suite in a beautiful, light-filled townhome.

I’ve absolutely loved living here and would really like to find someone who will enjoy the space as much as I have — it truly feels like a peaceful oasis in LA.

The available room is the primary/master suite, which includes:

• Private en-suite bathroom
• Large walk-in closet with built-ins
• Private balcony with beautiful mountain views
• Tons of natural light
• Fully furnished with beautiful pieces from CB2 and West Elm

It’s a very comfortable and peaceful space.

The Home

The house itself is a spacious 2600 sq ft townhome with lots of light and great shared spaces:

• Private rooftop deck with mountain views
• Washer & dryer in unit
• Front unit with only one shared wall
• Bedrooms do not share walls, which makes the house very quiet
• Two side-by-side parking spaces in a gated garage
• Guest parking available
• Small, quiet 5-unit building

The home is large enough that three people live comfortably without feeling crowded.

The Housemates

You would be living with two friendly young professionals:

• One Female works at in marketing (she is hardly ever there)
• One LGBTQ Male who works in music (travels a lot for work)

Both are respectful, easygoing, and keep the home peaceful and tidy.
